一、生輔組審核「弱勢助學－校外租金補貼」之送件中，目前所有核退案件均為不符合：「租賃契約需為申請人本人(學生)與出租人或房屋所有權人(房東)所簽定。」這項規定。(大專校院勢學生助學計畫精進措施說明→附件A→四、審核重點：(二)，租賃契約…)
